Myra has Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training.  Myra has a background of many years personal practice in Yoga and is passionate about people moving correctly and staying safe in their bodies.  Her group classes are educational and have great variety to keep you on your toes.

VINYASA Yoga

Vinyasa yoga, also sometimes called Vinyasa flow or flow yoga, focuses on linking the movement with the breath. Breath is a very important element of the practice that guides us from a posture (asana) to another.

With over 20 years of combined experience in massage, yoga & holistic industries offering services, workshops and courses, Kathryn believes that “when we treat our body, we’re also treating and nourishing our mind and soul at the same time“.

Yin is a very nurturing slow-paced gentle style of yoga, where we target the deeper layers of our being to hydrate the connective tissue, ligaments, fascia and joints. Yin improves energy flow in our bodies, as well as having a profound impact on our emotional and mental state.
