Amanda has been teaching ki yoga for 13 years, and believes that movement enriches everyone's lives. Her classes aim to create a fun environment for everyone to experience the joy of yoga asana, along with more awareness of the mind-body-breath connection

Sumi joins Blackheath Fitness having relocated from Sydney to the upper Blue Mountains. With 10 years experience and an extensive athletic background, a large focus of her practice has been injury prevention and injury rehabilitation making her classes and massage sessions suitable for everyone.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
As an Exercise Physiologist, Andrea believes that physical activity is integral in the prevention and treatment of many health conditions. Her programs will assist you to exercise safely, considering your medical conditions or injuries.

Veronika
VINYASA FLOW
Veronika, a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor, believes that a fluid movement connected with the breath can be very healing for both the body and mind. In her classes, Veronika uses her warmth and caring nature to guide students to find a balance between the physicality of a flowing dynamic practice and slowing down, going within and having a nurturing time for themselves.
