Amanda has been teaching ki yoga for 14 years, and believes that movement enriches everyone's lives. Her classes aim to create a fun environment for everyone to experience the joy of yoga asana, along with more awareness of the mind-body-breath connection

Myra has Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training.  Myra has a background of many years personal practice in Yoga and is passionate about people moving correctly and staying safe in their bodies.  Her group classes are educational and have great variety to keep you on your toes.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

As an Exercise Physiologist, Andrea believes that physical activity is integral in the prevention and treatment of many health conditions.  Her programs will assist you to exercise safely, considering your medical conditions or injuries.

VINYASA Yoga

Vinyasa yoga, also sometimes called Vinyasa flow or flow yoga, focuses on linking the movement with the breath. Breath is a very important element of the practice that guides us from a posture (asana) to another.

"I love that I can share this beautiful tradition of yoga with people of all the different ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced students, in a very relaxed and friendly environment. I hope I will have the privilege to meet with you."
